SWARM

A supercomputer
with no center.

Thousands of ordinary GPUs, swarming as one distributed AI network — cheaper than the cloud, and paying the people who power it in ETH.

01 — The idea

Idle machines, working together.

AWS charges AI companies $10–40 per thousand images. The GPU doing the work earns nothing — its owner earns nothing, and the margin goes to a data center nobody owns. SWARM redistributes it: idle GPUs coordinate into one vast pool, AI companies tap it through a single endpoint, and the people who contribute their hardware get paid for every verified job. No data center. No central owner. The network is the swarm.

02 — How it works

From a prompt to a paid GPU.

One pipeline ties the two sides together — and every step keeps the operator in control while only genuine work gets paid.

STEP 01

A job arrives

An AI company sends a workload to one API endpoint — a base-URL change from their current stack.

STEP 02

The swarm routes it

SWARM matches the job to a capable node and streams it down one outbound connection — never reaching in.

STEP 03

It runs, sandboxed

The job executes in an isolated container with no network and no view of files. It sees the GPU, nothing else.

STEP 04

Verified & paid

The network verifies before anyone is charged. Verified work settles in ETH to the operator's wallet.

03 — For operators

Your GPU is sleeping on the job.

Install one app. It measures your hardware and — only when you allow it — runs AI jobs in the background while you're away. Watch earnings tick up in ETH and withdraw to your wallet.

You're in control

Earn while you sleep

  • Runs only when you start it — one-click stop, always visible
  • Idle mode works only when you're away; a slider caps GPU use
  • Jobs are sandboxed — they never touch your files
  • Live dashboard: earnings, performance, payout history
  • Paid per verified job, in ETH, to a wallet only you control

For AI companies

One line of code. OpenAI-compatible.

  • Inference & image generation at a fraction of cloud price
  • OpenAI-compatible — adoption is a base-URL change
  • Pay only for results that verify; scales on demand
  • Prepaid credits, settled in crypto — no procurement
  • A drop-in overflow target when you hit rate limits elsewhere

04 — Download

Your GPU earns its first ETH tonight.

Install the SWARM node client, create your wallet in-app, and your machine can start earning. Windows first; macOS and Linux follow.

Requires an NVIDIA GPU and a free SWARM account (created in the app). This is a testnet beta and isn't code-signed yet — Windows SmartScreen may warn; click More info → Run anyway. Nothing runs until you press Start.

05 — Built right

The rules we don't break.

A network that runs on strangers' machines and handles real money only works if it's trustworthy by construction.

Consent is loud and ongoing

The app explains exactly what runs, shows running/stopped at all times, and stops instantly. Never hidden, never background-silent.

Sandbox before jobs

No outside code touches a machine except inside an isolated container with no file access and no network. That boundary is the product.

Only real work is paid

Results are verified before money moves in either direction. Earnings come from genuine compute — settled transparently on-chain.
