What is available & how to check
  • Mainnet began on 2 October 2026 at 15:42 UTC. During the initial closed period, the project’s machines mine. Read the network and supply facts.
  • Wallet: Windows, Linux, macOS Apple silicon and Intel. Keys stay on your device.
  • Browser: Windows pre-release with a wallet in the toolbar. Messenger: Windows, Linux and Apple silicon macOS pre-release.
  • The hosted web wallet is available without installation. The SWARM server holds it and can see balances, addresses and payments; read its custody disclosure.

What the scheduled dates mean

These are announced access dates, not confirmation that mining is already open. Follow the waiting-list instructions and the project’s release and network information. This page does not mark a launch complete because a countdown reaches zero.

What is being built
  • Compatible Android and iPhone wallets and their store listings. The older Android APK no longer connects to the network.
  • SWARM Market: merchant listings and non-custodial invoices first. Escrow, multisignature and disputes need separate protocol and operational review.
  • Broader node coverage, a seed in another failure domain, repeatable fund-custody tooling and preparation for independent review. These are goals, not a completed security audit.

Explore the longer-term direction
  • Browser: site payments, tracker blocking, phishing protection and macOS/Linux builds. These are absent from the Windows pre-release. Rewards are not promised.
  • Messenger: mobile apps, groups and voice/video calls. The desktop release is the starting point.
  • Mining pools: work distribution, share accounting and reviewed reward custody. Wider software integrations remain planned; no outside partnership is implied.
